What I'm saying is, that with the current technology, doing so is simply too expensive and prohibitive from a safety, logistics, and monetary standpoint. Current estimates put the price to send a single pound of matter into space around 10,000 dollars. We won't be seeing anything resembling enormous profits until we completely revolutionize how we get into space. The technology is still in its infancy.

What would be the point in a moon base? The Space Station is a research facility being constructed in pieces. Look at the bigger picture, and imagine the ENORMOUS costs involved with continually having to ship people and equipment from the Earth to the moon and back again. We don't have a moon base for the same reason we haven't gone back to the moon; it's currently an endeavor without any purpose. And without purpose, there's no support. Without support, there's no funding.

A bit unrealistic here and there (six-shooter fires 13 times and Clive was out of cover for a little too long after pushing the guy off the ledge) But all in all, this was a fantastically done shootout. Too bad I'm not getting into filmmaking anymore. This would have been great to direct. Oh well, nothing beats being in the real thing. Army Strong....

very nice scene.the blood isn't too "crazy",the effects are great without some crappy heroic music jamming in the back ground;an overall good shootout and great movie.
